Dear Fellow Alumni:

Five years ago I created a basic website and put the classes of 1963 and 1964 on it with ideas of slowly expanding to include other classes. Today the site has been professionally redesigned and now lists virtually every student from the first class in 1957 up to and including most of the current student body. I have done my best to assist you in reconnecting with old friends and classmates. In return many of you have helped me by generously making donations and supplying information about others that were listed as missing. Along the way I have made new friends and reconnected with old ones.

Everyone needs to move on at some point and for me that time is now. I feel like I have accomplished more than I ever dreamed of. Therefore, I have decided to step down as both your webmaster and President effective not later than the end of October. Our Vice-President, Dorothy Gillman, has declined my offer to succeed me so I would like each of you to consider the possibility of taking over these functions. The job is not as difficult as it may seem on the surface. Of course there are certain skills required to manage the website.  Whomever takes over must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, FrontPage, and Outlook as well as maintaining a high speed Internet connection. You must be willing to spend a couple of hours each week answering emails.  A site update needs to be performed once a month along with the mass mailing of approximately 3,000 emails. All site design work is handled by David Doda, class of 1967.

All of this probably sounds much more difficult  than it really is. To ease the transition, I am willing to travel to wherever my successor is located in order to train you. I live in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida but can travel anywhere.
